Happy New Year!

Better late than never!

Everyone has been well here and we had a great Christmas and New Year. I seem to be stuck in 2010 with no good excuse for not updating the blog....

Anyway, Linda's checkups have been great and Ava's as well. I had a bout of pneumonia and a business trip to Israel!

Daddy and Ava went to the air and space museum in McMinnville. Ava loves space ships, airplanes, and helicopters right now. Here we are in the Spruce Goose:

For those who don't get the local paper, Linda was on the front page of the Gazette-Times with a story about her Pink Power Mom award and how she is using it to give back. Here is the story if you would like to see it!

Linda spoke at the University of Oregon Dance Marathon fundraiser for Children's Miracle Network and our family shared our story on stage. Ava loved the dancing with the college students. Here she is giving some "knuckles" to some fraternity guys on the dance floor (later I showed her how we do the "stink eye" to boys like this - hopefully she'll remember that).
